2: Features:

 

  • Structural form: "mouth" type integral casting frame, integral base. Main bearing: Special four column cylindrical roller bearing for rolling mill, roller pressure line speed: 3-60m/min (stepless speed regulation), maximum pressure between two rollers: 4000kN；
  • Preheating device: Φ 240 "S" - shaped electromagnetic heating roller;
  • Heating temperature: room temperature~150 ℃；
  • Heating method for main rolling mill: solid roller drilling, external mold temperature machine circulating heat transfer oil heating;
  • Heating temperature: room temperature~120 ℃；
  • Stretching device: used to eliminate the wavy edges generated during the rolling process of continuous or continuous strip coating of polar plates. Tension control: PLC+low friction cylinder+servo motor closed-loop adjustment of tension, digital display, four stage tension control. Laser thickness measurement: Communicating with the hydraulic system, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the roller press in real time and achieve closed-loop control；
  • Thermal smoothing device: For the continuous blank area of the continuously coated polarizer, directional heating is applied to improve the mechanical properties of the metal foil material, followed by stretching and wrinkle removal.
