2: Features:

Structural form: "mouth" type integral casting frame, integral base. Main bearing: Special four column cylindrical roller bearing for rolling mill, roller pressure line speed: 3-60m/min (stepless speed regulation), maximum pressure between two rollers: 4000kN;
Slitting after press: used to slice the battery electrode sheets that have been continuously coated in strips after rolling into 2-4 strips along the direction of the tape. Double axis winding: The pole pieces that have been longitudinally cut are wound onto two sliding shafts, one above and one below, and equipped with a pressure roller;
Stretching device: used to eliminate the wavy edges generated during the rolling process of continuous or continuous strip coating of polar plates. Tension control: PLC+low friction cylinder+servo motor closed-loop adjustment of tension, digital display, four stage tension control. Laser thickness measurement: Communicating with the hydraulic system, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the roller press in real time and achieve closed-loop control.
