2: Features:

Structural form: "mouth" type integral casting frame, integral base. Main bearing: Special four column cylindrical roller bearing for rolling mill, roller pressure line speed: 5-80m/min (stepless speed regulation), maximum pressure between two rollers: 4000kN.

Spray wiping roller: The deceleration motor drives the wiping roller cloth to rub at low speed from the unwinding roller to the area where the rubber roller and the roller surface are in contact. The clamping cylinder presses the wiping roller cloth on the roller surface. The spraying flow rate is controlled by a peristaltic pump, and the liquid is quantitatively sprayed onto the wiping roller cloth. With the rotation of the roller and the low-speed reverse movement of the wiping roller cloth, the entire roller surface is cleaned;

Stretching device: used to eliminate the wavy edges generated during the rolling process of continuous or continuous strip coating of polar plates. Tension control: PLC+low friction cylinder+servo motor closed-loop adjustment of tension, digital display, four stage tension control.
