역사

Early filing or rasping has prehistoric roots and grew naturally out of the blending of the twin inspirations of cutting with stone cutting tools (such as hand axes) and abrading using natural abrasives, such as well-suited types of stone (for example, sandstone).Relatedly, lapping is also quite ancient, with wood and beach sand offering a natural pair of lap and lapping compound. The Disston authors state, "To abrade, or file, ancient man used sand, grit, coral, bone, fish skin, and gritty woods,—also stone of varying hardness in connection with sand and water."

The Bronze Age and the Iron Age had various kinds of files and rasps. Archaeologists have discovered rasps made from bronze in Egypt, dating back to the years 1200–1000 BC. Archaeologists have also discovered rasps made of iron used by the Assyrians, dating back to the 7th Century BC.

일반줄은 줄 단면의 모양에 따라 평면줄, 정사각형줄, 삼각형줄, 반원형줄, 원형줄 등 5가지 종류로 나눌 수 있습니다. 플랫 파일은 평평한 외부 원형 및 볼록한 표면을 파일링하는 데 사용됩니다. 정사각형 파일은 정사각형 구멍, 직사각형 구멍 및 좁은 표면을 정리하는 데 사용됩니다. 삼각형 파일은 내부 모서리, 삼각형 구멍 및 평평한 표면을 정리하는 데 사용됩니다. 반원형 줄은 오목한 곡면과 평평한 표면을 다듬는 데 사용됩니다.

둥근 파일은 둥근 구멍, 더 작은 오목 곡면 및 타원형 표면을 다듬는 데 사용됩니다. 특수줄은 부품의 특수한 표면을 다듬는 데 사용되며 직선형과 곡선형의 두 가지 유형이 있습니다.

성형 파일(니들 파일)은 공작물의 작은 부품을 수리하는 데 적합하며 단면 모양이 다양한 파일 세트가 많이 있습니다.
