1: Introduction

The production line of full-automatic rolling slitting integrated machine is composed of double position automatic unwinding, automatic belt splicing, rolling, stretching and wrinkle removing, laser thickness measurement, slitting, CCD detection and marking, four work automatic winding, etc. it can realize wide width, large coil diameter, high speed, full-automatic continuous rolling production without stopping machine by docking with AGV

Unwinding form: two axis turntable type, double position automatic rewinding mode, 6-inch shaftless expansion chuck, maximum bearing capacity: 1500kg, coil diameter range: φ 350 - φ 1000mm, maximum width: 1000mm, non-stop rewinding, rewinding speed: 10-20m / min

Loading and unloading mode: meet the requirements of docking with AGV, and automatically complete roll changing.

Roll specification: φ 750 × 1100mm, effective width of roll surface: ≤ 1000mm, runout of roll loading circle: ≤± 0.002mm, linear speed of roll pressing: 5-80m / min (stepless speed regulation),

 

Maximum pressure: 4000kn four way constant pressure hydraulic station with roll surface deflection correction system.

 

Drawing device: used to eliminate the wavy edge produced in the rolling process of continuous or continuous strip coating electrode. Tension control: PLC + low friction cylinder + servo motor closed loop tension adjustment, digital display, four section tension control. Laser thickness measurement: communication with hydraulic system, real-time automatic adjustment of roller press pressure, closed-loop control。
